LAUNCHING: Brand-new TEFL Study Guides

Here at i-to-i we want to make completing our TEFL courses as easy as possible for you. That’s why we’ve created our brand-new TEFL Study Guides full of useful tips, information, and assignment help to support you throughout your learning journey. So now, not only will you have the support of our dedicated tutors throughout your course, but you’ll also have this handy guide to lean on for support too!

What courses do we have study guides for?

We’ve created a study guide for all of our Level 5 Courses, all the way from the 180-hour course up to the 320-hour diploma! Your study guide will be included in your confirmation email once you purchase your course – easy.

What’s in the study guide?

  • Unit summary – There is an explanation on each unit as we guide you through the most important aspects for you to read or work through. We point out what you do and don’t need to memorise, and we make suggestions for notes or what will be helpful later on for your assignments. If you follow the suggested study process in these pages, you will be well on track to succeeding in your learning journey.
  • Unit task – After each unit, we have designed a reflective activity for you to work through. The task will not be marked or checked by a tutor but, where relevant, we have provided answers in the Key at the back that you can consult to check your thinking. By completing the tasks, you will be better equipped for both your assignments and your real-life lesson planning; so, wherever possible: stick with the suggested process and put in the time and effort – it will pay off!
  • Top tips – We’ve included some top tips throughout the guide, these are highlights we’ve extracted from the course to bring to your attention or key aspects that you should focus on.
  • Assignment help – As part of your course, you’ll need to complete some assignments that will be marked by our academic team. For some people, assignments can seem quite daunting, especially if you have been out of education for a while. To help you along the way we’ve included some support for you as you approach your course assignments. These sections will give you invaluable information and remind you which parts of the course to revisit before writing you’re completing your assignments. They will also explain the criteria against which your assignment will be marked so that you can ensure you’re including everything that needs to be included.

How can I get a study guide?

The great news is, our study guides are completely free! Once you purchase your Level 5 Course, we’ll send you a confirmation email where you can download your guide. To make it even easier for you, we’ve included a printer-friendly option too. Already purchased your Level 5 Course? You should have received an email from us with a link to download the relevant guide. If you haven’t, please get in touch with us and we’ll send it straight to you!
